Ability to tackle challenges in multiple programming languages and tools such as GCP, Python, and Low-Code platforms
Autonomous with the capacity to evaluate, diagnose, and work to decompose and resolve complex problems
Time management skills to handle multiple external and internal clients
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with APIs and/or data integration projects
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Interest in working closely with clients and participating in team meetings
Ability to improve processes and communicate these developments effectively to the rest of the team

Responsibilities

Design and develop integrations between clients' systems and Toku, accelerating the achievement of client objectives in each project
Lead communication with technical counterparts in integration projects, understanding requirements and standards to be met in each integration developed
Review, evaluate, and optimize existing integrations between Toku's systems and clients' systems to improve the experience for each
Support documentation and deployment of best practices on integrations externally (with clients) and internally, including proper use of APIs, standardization of custom flows, security guidelines, among others
Work jointly with teams and serve as a key counterpart to Operations, Product, and Engineering in the search for improvements and evolution of products and integrations
Document integration processes and train users on new system features and interactions
Develop internal solutions that facilitate and improve the productivity of Toku's team
