Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrations between clients' systems and Toku, accelerating the achievement of client objectives in each project
  • Lead communication with technical counterparts in integration projects, understanding requirements and standards to be met in each integration developed
  • Review, evaluate, and optimize existing integrations between Toku's systems and clients' systems to improve the experience for each
  • Support documentation and deployment of best practices on integrations externally (with clients) and internally, including proper use of APIs, standardization of custom flows, security guidelines, among others
  • Work jointly with teams and serve as a key counterpart to Operations, Product, and Engineering in the search for improvements and evolution of products and integrations
  • Document integration processes and train users on new system features and interactions
  • Develop internal solutions that facilitate and improve the productivity of Toku's team
