Responsibilities

Design and develop integrations between clients' systems and Toku, accelerating the achievement of client objectives in each project
Lead communication with technical counterparts in integration projects, understanding requirements and standards to be met in each integration developed
Review, evaluate, and optimize existing integrations between Toku's systems and clients' systems to improve the experience for each
Support documentation and deployment of best practices on integrations externally (with clients) and internally, including proper use of APIs, standardization of custom flows, security guidelines, among others
Work jointly with teams and serve as a key counterpart to Operations, Product, and Engineering in the search for improvements and evolution of products and integrations
Document integration processes and train users on new system features and interactions
Develop internal solutions that facilitate and improve the productivity of Toku's team
