Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in functional/technical integration delivery for SaaS or related solutions. A strong technical acumen including SQL, JSON, API server-to-server integrations, and intermediate coding experience is required. Excellent customer management, communication, and collaboration skills are also necessary. Experience with integration middleware, orchestration, workflow, technical specifications, process management, SFDC, JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite, Postman, Workbench, Metabase, and Temporal are considered nice to have.

Responsibilities

The Integration Specialist will drive system-to-system integrations for EvenUp and Case Management System (CMS) platforms, managing setup, configuration, and maintenance. They will oversee multiple simultaneous customer onboarding projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure connections. Key duties include configuring and managing API-based integrations using SQL/JSON for data mapping, developing/refining setup procedures, tracking customer project status and health, and leading customer communications for integration onboarding projects.
