Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions
Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions
Drive discussions and consult on transformation, customer journey, functional/application designs, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes
