The Integration Engineer requires 3+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, with experience working with multiple technical teams both internal and external. Additionally, 1+ years of B2B SaaS experience, preferably in the payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domain, is necessary, along with experience using SQL querying and JSON payload analysis, and familiarity with APIs specs like OpenAPI.
This role involves leading client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products, managing end-to-end integrations, translating technical requirements into solutions, and ensuring a smooth, successful deployment. The Integration Engineer will work closely with clients, providing end-to-end support, owning public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents, analyzing client requirements, managing implementation projects, building a deep understanding of customer needs, and providing product feedback to internal stakeholders.
