Requirements

Candidates should possess more than 10 years of experience in integration, characterization, testing/evaluation, and troubleshooting of complex integrated mixed signal systems, including expertise in high dynamic range (>100 dB) noise-sensitive signals, high-speed (up to 10 GHz) digital signals, complex digital interfaces, and embedded software/firmware. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and familiarity with advanced packaging technologies such as 2.5D and 3D integration with integrated thermal management components is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Integration Engineer will organize and manage research and development projects, providing mentorship and guidance to technical teams of other domain experts, and developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and partner organizations. They will also create and manage work plans to meet deadlines, lead and contribute to proposal and marketing efforts, and develop and present results in written reports and oral presentations to internal and external stakeholders and customers.
