What You Will Be Doing at Beamery

  • Dive into complex business challenges and build smart integration solutions with systems like ATSs and HCM platforms.
  • Be a key player in customer implementation projects, collaborating with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Consultants, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Own integrations and data migrations from start to finish.
  • Proactively identify risks, offer creative workarounds, and ensure smooth project progression.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers translate business goals into technical reality.
  • Share best practices, document successful approaches, and serve as the go-to integrations expert.
  • Lead customers through integration processes, including API deep-dives, mapping exercises, and testing.
  • Stay updated on product developments and act as a liaison between Beamery, partners, and customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven HR Tech Expertise: Hands-on experience with HR technology, including gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, and delivering complex integrations for enterprise customers.
  • SuccessFactors Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage.
  • Clear, Confident Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong Technical Consulting Skills: Demonstrated ability to showcase real business value to internal and external stakeholders with credibility and clarity.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A commitment to championing customers and providing feedback for continuous product and delivery improvement.
  • Collaborative by Nature: Enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork and building trusted relationships with enterprise clients, product, engineering, sales, and other teams.

Location Note: This role can be Hybrid or remote within the UK, with ad-hoc travel to the office for business or client meetings.
