Requirements

  • Willingness to complete Instructor-led Workday Core Integration & Practical Certification training in Month 1
  • Undertake further Specialist Certification training within first 6 months
  • Experience or ability to lead projects (depending on existing project experience)

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in end-to-end deployment of technical system integrations between customer’s Workday system and their enterprise landscape
  • Use Workday’s enterprise-class ESB technology to convert technical integration requirements into architectural decisions
  • Build, test, and deploy integrations into production
  • Support technical project discussions on integration Enterprise Architecture best-practices, application security concepts, and system authentication
  • Work on multiple customer deployments with autonomy in approaching workloads
  • Capture and understand client’s business requirements and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems
  • Configure and test the Workday solution under mentorship of Engagement Manager and Integration Lead
  • Lead projects (if experienced), working with Workday Integration Architect for technical product knowledge and architectural best-practices
  • Provide Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them informed of project status
  • Assist functional consulting team in designing and testing integrations
  • Ensure the client is referenceable once in production
  • Become efficient at processing and analysing detailed information
