Requirements

Deep technical expertise in MuleSoft integration solutions
Experience leading and managing integration engineering teams
Hands-on technical leadership in integration architecture and development
Knowledge of enterprise systems including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., NetSuite), PLM, and Finance systems
Proficiency in ensuring robust, well-tested solutions with Munit and end-to-end testing
Ability to define integration architecture strategy, technical roadmaps, standards, patterns, and best practices
Skills in monitoring tools for MuleSoft performance, health, and stability
Experience with troubleshooting complex integrations and architectural decisions

Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, and develop integration engineers, creating clear career progression paths
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship
Set team goals, manage capacity planning, and align team objectives with business priorities
Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented culture that promotes technical excellence and innovation
Partner with Product and other engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
Define and drive the integration architecture strategy and technical roadmap
Lead development of integrations between enterprise systems: CRM, ERP, PLM, and Finance systems
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural decisions for complex integration challenges
Ensure robust and well-tested solutions with Munit and end-to-end testing
Establish and enforce integration development standards, patterns, and best practices
Remain technically involved in complex integrations, troubleshooting, and architectural decisions
Oversee MuleSoft integration performance, health, and stability using monitoring tools
Lead response to integration-related incidents and ensure timely resolution
Perform regular maintenance tasks, including applying patches, upgrades, and security fixes
Identify and implement optimizations for integrations
