Responsibilities

The Intake Specialist will manage the client intake process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience by answering incoming calls and providing initial consultation screenings. They will assist in revamping and optimizing the intake process for efficiency, create engaging content for blog posts related to employment law topics, design marketing graphics using Canva, develop PowerPoint presentations for firm use, and assist with generating invoices and processing client billing. Additionally, they will triage and refer cases to the appropriate personnel, collaborate with managing attorneys and staff to ensure seamless referrals, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in interactions with clients and internal teams.
