- Master's degree in Psychology or Counselling (minimum)
- Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician (if Master's in Counselling, must hold a valid license to practice counselling)
- Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia (employer sponsors work permit; candidate bears own relocation and accommodation costs)
- Fluency in Tagalog and English (essential)
- Experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field (preferable)
