A strong understanding of insurance certificates, binders, and standard procedures, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and comfort with remote collaboration tools are also necessary.
The Insurance Virtual Assistant will provide responsive customer service via email and phone, create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic, and assist with policy updates and client record management. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic, and collaborating with team members to support client needs and compliance.
