0 to 1 years of experience (essential: 0-3 years in Property & Casualty Underwriting or Policy Servicing across shared services/Third Party BPO service providers)
Hands-on experience managing at least one of the following tasks from the Insurance Underwriting Cycle: Submission, Indication, Policy Issuance, Premium Audit/booking, Policy maintenance, Endorsement, Quote/Booking, Aggregation/Modeling, Benchmarking, Binders Processing, renewal prep, Doc management, Indexing, invoicing, Loss Run
Understanding and management of property and casualty insurance companies that provide insurance against the loss of real property, tangible assets and/or income
Good to have: Experience in Re-Insurance Fac and Treaty business
Skill required: Property & Casualty Insurance

Responsibilities

Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Primary interaction within own team and direct supervisor
Follow detailed instructions on all tasks
Make decisions that impact own work, closely supervised
Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
May require working in rotational shifts
