Requirements

  • Any Graduation / Bachelor’s degree
  • Up to 6 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Transfers Out - Managing participant level services
  • 4+ years experience in Transfers Out processes such as Cash transfers out, Bulk Transfer Transfers of Death benefits, Due diligence
  • Hands on with developing process documentation, capturing exceptions, process flow and process maps
  • Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 2+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, developing action plans to improve quality performance
  • Experience in the UK Pension domain is mandatory
  • Open to Night shifts based on business requirements
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Good typing skills and attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Processing UK Pension Transfers Out tasks- managing pension, investment, or wealth fund transfer involves moving funds or benefits from one scheme or provider to another or converting assets into cash that is paid
  • Process and support consolidating savings, switching providers, or liquidating holdings according to participant instructions
  • Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality
  • Comply with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalate issues to the management
  • Researching into any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying the same with minimum response time
  • Taking active participation in process improvements and automation
  • Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to
  • Adherence to client SLAs
  • Identify potential areas that require additional controls
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize high value transactions
  • Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU
  • Creating and updating procedure documents while ensuring that the standards are followed
