Completion of a 3-week onboarding program covering these areas is also required.
As an instructor, you will confidently facilitate delivery sessions of technical learning content, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and time constraints. You will adhere to the Coach Quality framework, create a motivating environment for apprentices, moderate assignments, and maintain an ownership mentality to support learner progress and success. You will also liaise with coaches to align on apprentice needs and provide feedback and feed forward to continuously develop their skills.
