Requirements

  • BA/BS in related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) - must be able to write, read and speak both languages at a proficiency level (preferred)
  • 2 years experience in a front line operations position (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating training in healthcare industry (strongly preferred)
  • Availability for 8-hour shift Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with possible additional hours including weekends or holidays
  • Ability to work in-office 1-2 days per week at Carelon Global Solutions Puerto Rico offices (PR-2 km 159 STE 301 Mayaguez, Puerto Rico); candidates not within reasonable commuting distance not considered unless accommodation granted

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates performance-based learning events focused on concrete skills related to operations processes across multiple platforms
  • Assists in rapid course development methodologies
  • Exercises classroom management, including learner performance, and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary
  • Assists in completion of service level agreements
  • Participates and assists in identifying training needs to determine appropriate learning solutions
  • Measures, tracks, and evaluates learner and client satisfaction
  • Thinks and acts globally, aware of learning and cultural differences domestically and globally to drive learner effectiveness
  • Keeps technical skills updated
  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary
