BA/BS in related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) - must be able to write, read and speak both languages at a proficiency level (preferred)
2 years experience in a front line operations position (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating training in healthcare industry (strongly preferred)
Availability for 8-hour shift Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with possible additional hours including weekends or holidays
Ability to work in-office 1-2 days per week at Carelon Global Solutions Puerto Rico offices (PR-2 km 159 STE 301 Mayaguez, Puerto Rico); candidates not within reasonable commuting distance not considered unless accommodation granted

Responsibilities

Facilitates performance-based learning events focused on concrete skills related to operations processes across multiple platforms
Assists in rapid course development methodologies
Exercises classroom management, including learner performance, and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary
Assists in completion of service level agreements
Participates and assists in identifying training needs to determine appropriate learning solutions
Measures, tracks, and evaluates learner and client satisfaction
Thinks and acts globally, aware of learning and cultural differences domestically and globally to drive learner effectiveness
Keeps technical skills updated
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary
