Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in KYC/AML and Quality assurance testing, with exposure to KYC or Correspondent Banking. They must possess a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks including AML regulations such as UK FCA, EU AMLD, and US BSA/AML, as well as FATF guidelines and industry standards like Wolfsberg Group. Experience with CLM systems and screening tools like World-Check, LexisNexis, and Actimize is required, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Institutional Compliance Lead will review and assess third-party customer due diligence documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements, perform quality assurance to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, conduct risk assessments and escalate high-risk clients, maintain records in CLM tools and KYC databases, support ongoing enhancements to the due diligence framework, assist with internal/external audits and regulatory inquiries, and contribute to training materials and onboarding of junior staff.
