Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma, basic computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Word, strong organizational skills, and self-management skills. Previous qualification for parenteral inspection is required, along with the ability to wear safety equipment such as safety glasses and safety shoes.

Responsibilities

The Inspection Test Administrator will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, leading safety initiatives, and supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals. They will train, provide feedback, and qualify visual inspection personnel, assess skills and competencies for sorters, coordinate On-the-Job-Trainers (OJTs) to close skill gaps, provide on-the-job feedback, and assess documents or systems for improvement opportunities. This role involves revising key procedures and training courses, communicating changes to forms and templates, providing feedback to sorters, and maintaining document logbooks.
