Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working in an analytical capacity
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and written presentation skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional functions, conditional formatting, chart building, and formatting), and PowerPoint
  • Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level)
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Italian is an asset (at least B2 level)
  • Results-oriented personality and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting
  • An aptitude & desire to build trust and relationships with internal stakeholders, while being open to a client-facing role in future
  • Good time- and workload management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player

Responsibilities

  • Supporting internal NIQ stakeholders (Consultants, Account Development, local Insights Teams etc.) in their day-to-day work with the client
  • Assisting in execution of projects by extracting, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales and consumer data, visualizing it, building presentations
  • Summarizing data in tables, charts, and graphs, reviewing deliverables for errors and inconsistencies
  • Drafting reports and presentations with data interpretation (varying levels of complexity)
  • Sharing and actively searching for best practice examples, opportunities for optimization and automation, and implementing the approach in their own work whenever possible
  • Supporting other team members in preparation for client meetings and presentations
