Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone
  • Demonstrate advance listening and decision-making skills
  • Understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment
  • Accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
  • Handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to caller’s need while navigating CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic
  • Maintain high work ethic, reliability and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work
  • Be flexible as needed to meet fluctuating business needs
  • Achieve sales forecast and gain adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
  • Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products
  • Coordinate sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory
