Responsibilities

Facilitate the identification and evaluation of promising ideas via solution summaries and proposals for high-impact projects (Opportunity Assessment and Prioritization)
Maintain an active pipeline of potential projects and initiatives, ensuring opportunities are strategically reviewed, prioritized, and advanced
Track project progress and ensure alignment with the mission, funding priorities, and timelines (Coordination and Management)
Serve as a liaison, connecting internal teams with external stakeholders to foster collaboration for innovative solutions (Stakeholder Engagement)
Establish and refine processes for soliciting, reviewing, and managing incoming solution summaries and opportunities (Process Development and Optimization)
Implement systems to ensure seamless coordination between internal teams evaluating research opportunities and external collaborators
Conduct preliminary analysis of proposals and opportunities to ensure alignment with the priorities and funding strategy (Proposal Analysis)
Coordinate with subject matter experts for deeper technical reviews and feedback
