Ingénieur.e généraliste issue d'une grande école avec des compétences fortes en mécanique, électronique et production
Expérience significative d’au moins 3 ans en environnement industriel dans la qualité (projet, production…) ou les tests
Bonnes compétences en résolution de problème (logique de réflexion et outils de résolution)
Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
Capacité à se placer du point de vue du Client et à apporter un regard critique sur les décisions prises
À l’aise pour communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés
Organisé.e, rigoureux.se et autonome
Force de proposition pour évoluer dans un environnement en constante évolution
Parle couramment anglais (oral et écrit)

Responsibilities

Accompagner au quotidien le développement de nouveaux produits, notamment par la participation aux revues de spécifications, l’identification des risques et les phases de production et de tests en étroite collaboration avec les équipes R&D (mécanique, électronique, industrialisation)
Etablir les plans de tests (vérification, durabilité) et assurer leur réalisation pour garantir la performance et la durabilité du produit pendant les différentes phases de développement
Piloter les phases de bêta test interne et remonter activement les problèmes identifiés au projet
Définir les processus de contrôle qualité et monitorer les résultats de ces inspections au quotidien pour assurer la libération et l’envoi de produits conformes aux exigences qualité
Assurer la qualité des produits en production par l’investigation des plaintes clients en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Support Client et par la mise en place d’actions correctives avec les équipes de développement produit
Participer au processus d'amélioration continue de l’équipe Qualité Hardware, dans ses outils et méthodes de travail
S’assurer de la bonne application des exigences documentaires du Quality Management System
Être en contact fréquent avec les usines en Chine et potentiellement s’y rendre (dépendamment de la situation sanitaire)
