Responsibilities

Proactive management of non-conformities detected in assembly line and incoming inspection, implementing immediate actions to protect production
Serve as the privileged interface for the internal client, providing reactive and adapted quality support based on urgency level, and covering for the manager in their absence
Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, ensuring rigorous and rapid management of quality issues reported by internal teams
Coordinate securing actions, transverse communication, and follow-up of action plans to avoid impacts on deliveries or production
Lead crisis teams in cases of critical supplier quality issues, piloting resolution internally and at the supplier
Technically pilot supplier problem resolution in collaboration with supplier development engineers, up to solution validation
Implement and follow quality improvement plans at critical suppliers, coordinating internal teams and engaging suppliers
As site quality team representative, ensure continuity and rigorous application of quality requirements during introduction of new products or new supply sources
