Responsibilities

Analyser rapidement les problèmes ou non-conformités liés à la fabrication ou à la finition des structures d’acier sur le chantier
Identifier les méthodes de réparation les plus efficaces et sécuritaires en utilisant jugement et créativité
Élaborer les solutions techniques optimales pour chaque situation
Coordonner toutes les étapes des réparations : préparation des matériaux à validation des travaux, en assurant la conformité aux normes de Canam et aux exigences du client
Assurer une communication fluide avec les équipes de production, les chargés de projets et les surintendants sur place
Valider que les réparations respectent les spécifications de qualité les plus strictes
