Aptitude to evaluate and determine problems on client sites and implement requested tests on equipment/applications to resolve issues according to client wishes
Ability to work on site in the chemical industry (water treatment)
Capability to drive and ensure proper use of company vehicle/service
Compliance with all safety aspects of the position, Nalco policies on safety, product management, sample shipment, and current safety legislation
Responsibilities
Participate in developing balances, starting new applications, and evaluations; assist in critiquing products regarding service, performance, and reliability; act as intermediary with subcontractors and work in a team
Coordinate and manage stocks with factories to ensure availability
Write reports on encountered problems to initiate necessary product/process modifications; provide the document to the client whenever possible
Write troubleshooting manuals and notices for existing products; responsible for updating and distributing them to services
Select, coordinate, and direct external subcontractors to ensure timely repairs and client satisfaction
Collaborate with district employees to improve regulations and procedures to increase client satisfaction
Implement project-specific tools (e.g., field surveys, checklists) to meet client needs
Inform business managers about possible offers and available resources to answer client questions
