Requirements

  • Licenciatura en un área relacionada o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en soporte técnico de hardware y software en sitio
  • Conocimientos técnicos y capacidad para análisis de datos

Responsibilities

  • Brindar soporte técnico básico como “smart hands” en infraestructura y aplicaciones, apoyando tareas rutinarias
  • Dar seguimiento adecuado a los SLA en la herramienta de tickets asignada (ServiceNow)
  • Ofrecer atención presencial a usuarios, aplicando habilidades de comunicación efectiva
  • Cumplir con las políticas del cliente y procedimientos estándar de TI
  • Soportar hardware y software (laptops, desktops, impresoras, teléfonos móviles, IP phones, salas de conferencia virtuales)
  • Atender incidentes tipo Break-Fix tanto en sitio como de forma remota
  • Participar en proyectos de negocio como asignaciones de infraestructura, renovación de equipos (PC Refresh), limpieza de dispositivos y respuesta a incidentes de ciberseguridad
  • Colaborar con el equipo para resolver retos y tareas operativas diarias
  • Apoyar en la creación y mantenimiento de documentación de procedimientos
  • Mostrar disposición para aprender y desarrollar experiencia en actividades de Field Services
  • Desarrollar habilidades técnicas mediante la experiencia práctica
