Responsibilities

Asegurar el cumplimiento con las metas de métricos de calidad de planta y con los requerimientos de cliente
Asegurar la correcta implementación y seguimiento del sistema de calidad
Participar en elaboración de PFMEAs y Planes de Control
Realizar y monitorear la realización por parte de personal a su cargo de las Auditorías por Niveles en su área conforme a la frecuencia establecida
Garantizar la realización de las pruebas y auditorías necesarias para verificar la conformidad de los productos
Monitorear etiquetas rojas de producto no conformante y asegurar la correcta disposición de estas
Participar en el análisis y solución de generación de desperdicios en el área productiva
Participar en el proceso de liberación de líneas y equipos de producción
Participar en el análisis y solución de no conformidades reportadas por cliente
Desarrollar y entrenar al personal a su cargo
