Requirements

  • Ingeniero electricista, mecánico eléctrico, Civil o Industrial titulado
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en planificación y/o control de proyectos de líneas o subestaciones de alta tensión
  • Experiencia en proyectos bajo contratos EPC
  • Experiencia aplicando metodologías de planificación y control de proyectos con múltiples frentes de obra
  • Conocimiento sólido en planeamiento (cronogramas), análisis de productividad, Resultado Operativo, Valor Ganado y gestión de cambios
  • Dominio de Primavera P6 y Microsoft Project
  • Conocimiento de gestión del valor ganado (EVM), curvas S y seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño
  • Deseable certificación PMP o formación en gestión de proyectos
  • Lectura e interpretación de planos eléctricos y cronogramas por disciplinas
  • Conocimientos de procesos de construcción de proyectos eléctricos de alta tensión (obras civiles, montaje electromecánico, pruebas y puesta en servicio)
  • Familiaridad con procesos regulatorios del sector eléctrico (COES, OSINERGMIN, MINEM)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar

Responsibilities

  • Colaborar y apoyar en los proyectos de la unidad de negocio/departamento según directrices del responsable
  • Mejorar procesos de toma de decisión y ejecución del proyecto
  • Ejecutar contratos de obras
  • Planificar, optimizar y supervisar la utilización de recursos para asegurar ejecución en plazo, especificaciones y coste establecidos
  • Gestionar contratos y obtener permisos y licencias requeridos
  • Elaborar estimaciones presupuestarias
  • Planificar y fijar fases de la construcción
  • Supervisar actividades de subcontratistas y personal subordinado u obrero
  • Verificar avances logrados y calidad del trabajo en todas las fases del proyecto
  • Representar a la empresa en asuntos pertinentes
