About the Role

As a member of the infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and advancing our core infrastructure. This role supports the engineering team's ability to execute quickly, productively, and securely within a collaborative yet autonomous environment. You will have a defined role with clear expectations and the freedom to pursue interesting projects.


Responsibilities

  • Developer Toolchain: Partner with engineers to build development tools that enhance developer workflows and deployment infrastructure.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Ensure the reliability of multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters and pipelines.
  • Monitoring & Alerting: Implement and manage metrics, logging, analytics, and alerting for performance and security across all endpoints and applications.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code: Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code deployment tooling and supporting services on multiple cloud providers.
  • Automation: Focus on automating operations and engineering processes to optimize resource allocation.
  • Machine Learning Infrastructure: Build and maintain ML infrastructure that enables AI teams to train, test, and deploy models on large-scale datasets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Programming Languages: Deep proficiency in coding languages such as Golang or Python.
  • Kubernetes: Production experience with Kubernetes, including a deep understanding of its ecosystem and popular open-source tooling (e.g., cert-manager, external-dns). Experience with GPU-enabled clusters is a bonus.
  • Kubernetes Templating: Production experience with Kubernetes templating tools like Helm or Kustomize.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Production experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Cloud Providers: Production experience with AWS (IAM, S3, EC2, EKS). Experience with Google Cloud and Azure is a bonus.
  • Databases: Production experience with database software such as PostgreSQL.
  • GitOps: Experience with GitOps tooling such as Flux or Argo.
  • CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
  • Security: Deep familiarity with container-related security best practices.
