Experience in building, operating, and maintaining infrastructure in unique environments is required, along with a strong ability to debug issues across the stack, including networking and performance. The Infrastructure Engineer will design and build performant, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for public sector customers. They will accelerate engineering productivity by providing excellent tooling and systems, partner with product engineers to implement new features, and guide product teams on best practices for observable systems. The role includes ensuring system reliability through on-call rotations and collaborating with various teams to meet the unique constraints of new environments.
