Candidates should have a strong understanding of infrastructure concepts and experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, and OpenShift. Proficiency in using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins, and Spinnaker is preferred, along with familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Lightstep. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with other engineering teams are essential.
The Infrastructure Engineer will develop robust infrastructure for deploying Cognite’s products across multiple clouds. They will also create an internal developer platform aimed at reducing friction and cognitive load for developers. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other engineering teams to enhance and adapt their services for smooth operation on Kubernetes and contributing to open source tools.
Industrial data management for asset-heavy industries
