Must have skills: Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration
Good to have skills: EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration, Rubrik Brik, Dell EMC Isilon
Strong knowledge of EMC Isilon Powerscale NAS architecture and administration (CLI preferred)
Strong knowledge on local and remote replication including disaster recovery (Superna Eyeglass DR preferred)
Exposure on archiving with Rubrik and Dell Isilon storage
Experience on Rubrik CDM upgrades
Hands on management of backups using Rubrik CDM
Dell EMC Isilon Powerscale advance administration
InsightIQ, DataIQ, ESRS/SCG, CloudIQ
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
Ability to plan activities well in advance and takes into account possible changing circumstances

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes)
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands
Work includes L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
Manage the Isilon NAS and Rubrik backup systems and provide technical support ensuring high data availability and protection across on-premises and remote environments
Analyze hardware and software issues associated with Rubrik Bricks and provide resolutions
Develop, document, and maintain procedures for backup/restore systems
Manage and support backup and recovery systems and applications
Monitor Rubrik systems, backup schedules/jobs within the storage and backup domain
Managing and troubleshooting NFS exports and CIFS shares
