Minimum 7.5 years of experience (total 10 years, relevant >6 years in Tibco Administration)
15 years full-time education
Must have: Tibco Administration (CMS), providing L1/L2 operations support on middleware tools in 24/7 environment
Good to have: ActiveMQ (AMQ), Bash scripting, NA
Experience installing and configuring Tibco EMS/ActiveMQ/FMS on Linux/Windows, including brokers and clusters
Strong background in managing production environments, incident/problem management, production changes
Skilled in monitoring tools, dashboards, proactive checks, system updates, patching, upgrades, performance tuning
Hands-on expertise in diagnosing broker/application issues, performance bottlenecks
Proficient in Linux environments (shell access, performance monitoring, resource optimization)
Ability to create Bash scripts for automation, log monitoring, scheduled tasks
Practical experience in SSL/TLS configuration, administration, user authentication/authorization

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Tibco EMS/ActiveMQ environments on Linux and Windows
Provide production support including incident resolution, production changes, deployments, and upgrades
Perform system updates, patching, monitoring, and health checks to ensure stability and high availability
Build and maintain messaging infrastructure (brokers, clusters, SSL/TLS, security, high availability)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with brokers, client applications, and performance bottlenecks
Collaborate with development teams to design, integrate, and support JMS-based messaging solutions
Work in a process-oriented, fast-paced team environment with rotational shift coverage (24/7 support)
Use Linux expertise for log analysis, system troubleshooting, and automation
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production/development systems and software (remote/onsite)
Implement hardware/software support at OS-level across servers, networks, and specific software solutions/vendors
