Must be a Junior or Senior attending an accredited College or University
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Ability to work in our Philadelphia, PA office beginning in June through August
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship both now and in the future
Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is desirable
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive and resourceful approach to learning and task execution

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and patching
Monitor system performance and security, escalating issues as necessary
Collaborate on the implementation of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades
Document processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps to enhance IT operations
Participate in projects aimed at improving infrastructure efficiency and scalability
Support endpoint management, including troubleshooting and asset tracking
