Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day execution of influencer strategy, from creator outreach and creative development to campaign delivery and ambassador programme management
Collaborate closely with agencies, talent, and internal stakeholders to ensure activations are brand-aligned, strategically sound, and deliver measurable impact
Lead the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, from briefing, ideation, partner selection, through to campaign wrap
Support the development of creative concepts that extend across earned, owned, and paid channels
Ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals, navigating internal legal and compliance processes
Elevate and maintain the day-to-day management of the Disney+ UK ambassador programme, ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, comms, and performance teams
Demonstrate sound judgment and a strong moral compass when reviewing influencer content, ensuring alignment with Disney+ values, guardrails, and brand integrity
Vet and onboard new creators as needed, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals
Track campaign KPIs and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations; contribute to post-campaign analysis and stakeholder reporting
Provide strategic counsel to local EMEA markets, sharing campaign learnings and developing best practice playbooks
Manage agency relationships, including briefing, budgeting, and delivery oversight
Stay plugged into creator culture, emerging platforms, and audience behaviours; share insights and opportunities to evolve influencer strategy
