Responsibilities

  • Research and source new influencer partners aligned with brand goals and campaigns
  • Manage product seeding logistics, including gifting, shipping, and tracking deliveries
  • Track influencer posts, stories, and coverage for live campaigns, events, and gifting initiatives
  • Update and maintain Tinder’s internal influencer and talent database
  • Compile and analyze influencer performance data and campaign metrics
  • Support the creation of influencer briefs and communication materials
  • Monitor emerging creators and compile a weekly trend and talent watchlist
