Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation, along with a comfortable ability to handle repetitive tasks with a strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. Familiarity with campaign tracking, reporting, basic metrics, and experience working with brands or marketing agencies is also required, as is previous exposure to UGC-focused campaigns and experience managing influencer collaborations for DTC or e-commerce brands.
The Influencer Marketing Assistant will research and identify potential influencer partners, manage outreach and negotiation with creators, coordinate product shipments and track influencer deliveries, analyze influencer content to ensure brand fit and creative quality, and maintain accurate reports and campaign data in spreadsheets. They will also be responsible for supporting campaign execution and communication with content creators to drive organic reach and secure consistent, high-quality UGC across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Propel distinguishes itself from competitors by specifically targeting the needs of low-income individuals who are often neglected by traditional tech solutions. The company's goal is to enhance the user experience of America's safety net and to raise awareness about critical issues like Medicaid churn, ensuring that users can navigate these challenges effectively.
