The Influencer Marketing Assistant will support campaign execution and communication with content creators, driving organic reach and securing UGC across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation.
  • Attention to Detail: Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Solid communication skills and the ability to follow up consistently.
  • Campaign Tracking: Familiar with campaign tracking, reporting, and basic metrics.
  • Brand/Agency Experience: Experience working with brands or marketing agencies.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous exposure to UGC-focused campaigns.
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations for DTC or e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools, spreadsheets, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential influencer partners aligned with client goals.
