Responsibilities

  • Support the development of influencer strategies for clients, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and brand objectives to drive long-term value
  • Oversee campaign execution to ensure high-quality delivery and serve as a resource to address issues or concerns
  • Oversee client communications to ensure strategic alignment and maintain strong relationships to understand business goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance to Account Manager(s) on client interactions to ensure client expectations are met
  • Oversee multiple influencer campaigns from conception through execution and reporting
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope
  • Lead the strategic direction of influencer marketing programs, including identifying, vetting, and managing relationships with relevant influencers
  • Ensure influencer content is creative, compliant, and aligned with brand objectives
  • Work closely with Social, Strategy, Marketing, Creator Success, Sales, Product, and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery, supporting team efforts to maximize campaign impact
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant industry regulations across all social media and influencer activities
  • Implement and maintain robust organizational processes to guarantee adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Proactively address and resolve any regulatory concerns that may arise during campaign execution
  • Oversee and manage compliance-related projects to ensure timely and accurate execution, with meticulous attention to detail in monitoring, documenting, and reporting compliance efforts
