Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of the influencer strategy at Disney+, ensuring integration across marketing, PR & Comms, and partnerships teams
  • Empower and manage an Influencer Supervisor to deliver bold, innovative creator content and standout activations
  • Develop long-term content strategy to grow the ambassador programme
  • Lead broader influencer activations to expand creator network and deepen audience engagement
  • Vet and onboard new creators and agencies, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals
  • Set benchmarks for success and define metrics in influencer marketing
  • Track campaign KPIs and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations
  • Spearhead exclusive influencer events, activations, premieres, junkets, press trips, and creative production concepts for 2026 content slate
