Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Influence department, setting long-term goals, growth targets, and market positioning (Practice Leadership & Vision)
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for the Influence practice, overseeing revenue forecasting, resource management, and profitability for sustainable growth (Commercial & P&L Ownership)
  • Act as senior lead on all major new business pitches for Influence and proactively identify/convert significant new revenue opportunities (New Business & Growth)
  • Design and implement departmental best practices, operational frameworks, and quality control standards for operational excellence (Operational Excellence)
  • Orchestrate the entire lifecycle of influencer marketing initiatives: ideation, trend identification, strategy development, creative narratives/content frameworks, execution across platforms/geographies, reporting, performance analysis, and ROI optimization
  • Ensure brand consistency, cultural relevance, breakthrough engagement, and tangible business impact for clients like The Coca-Cola Company
  • Build and lead a best-in-class team, drive innovation, and position the Influence practice as a key driver of agency growth and creativity
  • Represent the department at agency leadership level and within WPP Open X
