Requirements

Diploma of State in Nursing required
A training in hospital hygiene or experience in hygiene and infection prevention is a plus
Desire to work in a sector where patient relations and risk prevention are at the heart of the profession

Responsibilities

Welcoming and providing care to patients (performing treatments, assessing autonomy, following up on files)
Participating in the development and improvement of nursing care protocols
Performing essential technical procedures (connecting/disconnecting patients, configuring dialyzers, supervising disinfection of medical equipment)
Developing and implementing the hygiene and infection prevention policy within the center
Training and raising awareness among teams on good hygiene and infection prevention practices
Conducting internal audits, proposing areas for improvement, and following up on implemented actions
Collaborating with internal and external authorities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
Participating in the management of infectious risks and epidemiological surveillance within the establishment
