Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and providing care to patients (performing treatments, assessing autonomy, following up on files)
  • Participating in the development and improvement of nursing care protocols
  • Performing essential technical procedures (connecting/disconnecting patients, configuring dialyzers, supervising disinfection of medical equipment)
  • Developing and implementing the hygiene and infection prevention policy within the center
  • Training and raising awareness among teams on good hygiene and infection prevention practices
  • Conducting internal audits, proposing areas for improvement, and following up on implemented actions
  • Collaborating with internal and external authorities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
  • Participating in the management of infectious risks and epidemiological surveillance within the establishment
