Responsibilities

  • Responsabile dell’assistenza infermieristica globale personalizzata (tecnica, relazionale, educativa, curativa, riabilitativa)
  • Assicura interventi di prevenzione, educazione ed informazione sanitaria al paziente e al suo nucleo familiare, in collaborazione con il personale d’assistenza
  • Collabora con il Direttore Responsabile nella gestione dei rapporti con i servizi centralizzati e la sede amministrativa del Gruppo NephroCare
  • Organizza e gestisce l’accoglienza infermieristica personalizzata di nuovi pazienti in dialisi e pazienti già in carico
  • Pianifica, gestisce e valuta l’assistenza infermieristica, garantendo la corretta applicazione delle prestazioni diagnostico-terapeutiche
  • Collabora con il paziente e familiari nell’organizzazione del trattamento dialitico presso gli Ambulatori vacanze
  • Collabora con i Medici nell’informare il paziente e familiari sui programmi di trapianto
  • Controlla, in collaborazione con il personale tecnico, l’efficienza delle dotazioni strumentali, impianti tecnologici e qualità dell’acqua di dialisi
  • Supervisiona attività per mantenere l’Ambulatorio a standard elevati, implementando protocolli e procedure e controllandone i risultati
  • Assicura il rispetto delle norme igieniche, controllo delle infezioni secondo Linee Guida EBPG e utilizzo di misure protettive idonee
