Requirements

10+ years expertise in maintenance and reliability operations (with at least some experience at a manufacturer)
Deep familiarity with CMMS and/or Enterprise Asset Management
Strong content creation and public speaking skills, with an ability to distill technical topics into easy to understand concepts
Willingness to travel (at least 20%)

Responsibilities

Produce industry specific content - including blog posts, videos, ebooks, presentations and eBooks from the perspective of someone who has been there and done that
Be a go to spokesperson for MaintainX at conferences, podcasts, webinars, and with the press
Provide domain expertise and the voice of our customers to cross-functional stakeholders - including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing
Monitor and engage in conversations on LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and other social platforms to support our community and respond to feedback in real-time
Drive community engagement through meetups, events, and the online community
Measure program impact through data and feedback
Deliver sales support through providing tools, content, and coaching that improves deal velocity and win rates
Collaborate with product management, product marketing and executives to influence the product roadmap
