Appspace is seeking an experienced channel sales professional with deep expertise in the real estate and/or facilities space to join our team. As an Industry Partner Account Manager, you will be instrumental in creating better work experiences for people everywhere by leveraging Appspace's Workplace Experience Platform. This role requires a proven track record of success in managing and growing channel partnerships, meeting revenue goals, and acting as a subject matter expert to drive quantifiable Appspace results with strategic real estate and facilities partners.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in navigating the real estate technology channel.
  • Recent and proven track record of success in managing and growing channel partnerships.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and company revenue goals.
  • Deep expertise in the real estate and/or facilities space.
  • Experience in managing relationships with large global real-estate companies, hardware partners specializing in sensors and/or data collection tools, and industry-recognized building management systems (BMS).

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a vibrant and active channel focused on the real-estate/facilities sector.
  • Position Appspace as the leader in Modern Workplace Experience solutions.
  • Partner closely with industry leaders to establish Appspace as a foremost thought leader in Modern Workplace Experience within the real estate and facilities management industry.
  • Drive awareness within the real-estate and facilities ecosystem through industry events, strategy sessions, and sponsored speaking engagements.
  • Build rapport and credibility with frontline real-estate and workplace leaders to expose co-sell opportunities and create influence throughout the sales process.
  • Establish Appspace as a recognized entity in the real estate ecosystem.
  • Continually educate external partners and resellers on Appspace products/services, partner programs, and enablement tools, including sales and technical presentations.
  • Continually educate internal Appspace team members on Appspace/real-estate product offerings and positioning strategies.
  • Uncover creative coinvestment opportunities to drive Appspace awareness and pipeline, including events, campaigns, and associations.
  • Provide clear weekly updates, including revenue forecasts, influenced pipeline, and closed sales.
  • Develop campaigns and strategies to differentiate Appspace from competitors and maintain a dominant position within global real-estate partners.
  • Introduce and engage colleagues within sales.

  • Includes support for partners globally.
