Responsibilities

Support implementation of the Industry and Aboriginal Participation Plan (IAPP) and Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP) and delivery of associated outcomes
Proactively engage with Procurement Teams and Subcontractors to drive supply chain engagement and diversity
Facilitate the delivery of programs to increase Aboriginal participation, supply chain engagement, and workforce diversity
Partner with industry to identify employment opportunities and entry-level skills requirements
Partner with service providers to develop and implement programs supporting local skills development, employment outcomes, and culturally appropriate mentoring and support
Establish program evaluation and feedback processes to monitor program effectiveness and outcomes
Provide advice and guidance during the project lifecycle regarding industry engagement and employment programs
Prepare and present accurate information to meet internal and external reporting criteria per project reporting schedule
Build and develop relationships with Aboriginal communities and key project stakeholders across the Central-West Orana REZ
Build and develop relationships with external training and support providers and assess effectiveness of programs delivered
Work with key stakeholders, education providers, and RTOs to identify, design, develop, and roll out apprenticeship and traineeship programs
Support accurate and timely data collection, monthly reporting, and case study development
Work with relevant Superintendents and Supervisors
