Requirements

Experienced with disassembly, inspection, reassembly, and testing of motors, servo motors, pumps, gearboxes, actuators, and other similar industrial equipment
Additional experience with feedback devices and motor drives is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities
Familiar with precision measuring devices and other associated tools
Must have own tools
Computer proficient
Effective communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to work in a team environment as well as alone/individually
3 years work experience preferred
Ability to read and follow assembly drawings
Detail oriented
No lifting restrictions

Responsibilities

Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, evaluation, final assembly, and final testing of repair parts
Prepare failure analysis reports for each component assembly
Assist in researching parts and suppliers
Assist in identifying and maintaining spare parts inventory to meet customer needs
Ensure all repaired items are inventoried and stored properly
Perform duties outside of normal responsibilities as required
