Responsibilities

  • Own the indirect sales revenue target for a territory of HR Consultants
  • Manage, grow, and develop relationships with customers to maximise revenue and market coverage
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including New Business, Marketing, and Product — to create joint go-to-market plans and HR Consultant enablement strategies
  • Deliver regular business reviews, performance tracking, and pipeline forecasting
  • Provide product training, collateral, and competitive insight to enhance HR Consultant capability and confidence
  • Represent Brightmine at conferences and webinars, promoting our brand and value proposition
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility into partner activities, opportunities, and performance metrics
