Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred
  • Five (5) years of related experience is required
  • Experience with ICT platforms is required
  • Experience with the Keysight i3070 Platform is preferred
  • Lab tool/test/measurement equipment experience preferred
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers
  • Ability to problem solve independently
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members

Responsibilities

  • Partner with both the functional test design engineers and the manufacturing teams to successfully meet customer requirements
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently in multiple phases for the Product Realization Process, without direction from mentors or functional management
  • Design and develop test fixtures that are innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy all stakeholders (customer, manufacturing, material, agency, etc.) needs
  • Lead the test strategy and focus on design for testability
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines
  • Integrate into the manufacturing sites by providing on-site installations, sharing knowledge, and providing continuous support
  • Demonstrate effective communications through interaction with customers (internal and external) regarding project technical subject matter
