Able to cover primary locations: Spokane, WA and surrounding area
Multi-state licenses (preferred)
Able to comfortably and safely perform duties in diverse home environments (e.g., with household pets, secondhand smoke, airborne allergens or irritants)
Flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home health evaluations (approx. 45 minutes each), including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests if ordered (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, bone density screening)
Use an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for evaluations (no prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens required)
Bring heart into every visit, building trusted relationships to improve health outcomes
Conduct virtual visits as needed
Provide all Signify Health services as indicated, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products
Engage one-on-one, answer health questions, and connect people to appropriate care
