Responsibilities

Analyzes basic methods for driving critical supply chain competencies and capabilities, and defines operational end-to-end solutions, from initial customer needs and requirements, through to final delivery and implementation
Ensures cross-functional consistency and flow relative to transportation standard operational procedures and key objectives, to drive focused, customer-specific transportation solutions with global reach and impact
Coordinates in-bound transportation performance to ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply of local Affiliates DCs from Manufacturing Sites and Regional Hubs to ensure lean and cost efficient inbound transport operations in support of required service to the Customer
Analyzes end-to-end supply chain strategies and solutions that maximize transportation services flow and operational efficiencies, tailored to customer’s specific needs and requirements
Applies functional knowledge to comprehensive transportation procedures and associated key performance measures, objectives, and goals to ensure operational success
Conducts basic projects to help drive and enhance the company’s transportation and end-to-end supply chain competitive advantage through ongoing process, quality, and compliance checks and balances
Collects summarizations of supply chain transportation issues and concerns, based on data-driven analysis, to escalate and rapidly address critical issues
