Familiarity with governmental processes across multiple states is preferred, along with the ability to gather and communicate customer feedback effectively.
The Implementation Analyst will drive and manage new customer implementations from start to finish, providing guidance and support throughout the process. They will be the primary technical point of contact for new customers, interact directly with government leaders, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer workflows. Additionally, they will collaborate with the engagement team to ensure a consistent customer experience and develop best practices for future implementations.
